our stars aligned.
past few years, i think this is all i’ve ever thought about really.
how do i grab your attention.
how do i make my pigment transparant enough for you to see that i am and will be better than everything else you decide we should perceive.
i hear the conspiracies. and who knows if your one triangular eye is the true lord of this world. but if it is, i’ll win it over. somehow.
i’ve read the myths of the stars being aligned with those pyramids across the world. i guess it’s no coincidence.
so far, i’ve tried to mimic everyone you’ve ever put on a pedestal in this world.
but then i realized you wanted different. so i started giving you different. different color, different material, genuine.
now, you’re still taking your time adjusting to this different kayn. but i think you’ll come around. i’m hardly gonna be home come the fall, so enjoy ignoring me until then.
but when the time comes, i don’t think it’ll be as easy to turn your eye away.
